      Pros

      Focused on doing good within the country and world. They do a good job of donating funds to people all over the world in times of need. The ability to earn days off by doing volunteer work was quite unique and a testament to how well they treat their employees.

      Cons

      A lot of restructuring occurred which cased worry for some employees.

      Was able to grow professionally, and be pushed to be the best employee possible

      Honestly, at the time there weren’t many cons.

      Pros

      Decent pay, remote work flexibility, you get to work with some very talented folks.

      Cons

      Used to be proud to work for Blackbaud but that has all but disappeared in last 2 years. Poor and ineffective leadership, false transparency, frequent layoffs, bonuses based off of stock which has been tanking. It's a sinking ship. Avoid at all costs.
