      Pros

      Great place to work don't bother, let employees do their job's and been over them checking your current status. Company helps all these entities to rise funding for different cause. You have community hours to help however you may help.

      Cons

      Poor HR team they don't help you to stay in the company, don't offer you any opportunity in cause you need to move from any where to US. They are just to involve to India and save money.

      Was able to grow professionally, and be pushed to be the best employee possible

      Honestly, at the time there weren’t many cons.

      Pros

      Decent pay, remote work flexibility, you get to work with some very talented folks.

      Cons

      Used to be proud to work for Blackbaud but that has all but disappeared in last 2 years. Poor and ineffective leadership, false transparency, frequent layoffs, bonuses based off of stock which has been tanking. It's a sinking ship. Avoid at all costs.
