Pros
The location is good for the East Bay. Co-workers were the best part.
Cons
Where to start? I was always taught to work hard, be smart and honest. That does not work at Blackhawk. Promotions are based on who is cozying up to the boss. There is no loyalty to hardworking employees. No training for managers. Very toxic, backstabbing environment.
