For those who got nothing out of it, likely they did not apply themselves. Since 2005, we estimate over 300 interns have gone through the program. The internship is a "training program" with clear and measurable written outcomes to develop those who cannot get a job in todays market. Blackmore is only for those who want to cannot get a paid position because they lack training and experience that they should have gotten in college. Those that complete the program gain measurable, repeatable skills valued by employers. You went to college so you could get a good paying job. You college did not deliver on that promise. The evidence is that after 4 years of college you were not employable, Your college took your money and did not deliver.
