Interns that put in the effort to move to the back-end portion of the business have the opportunity to interact with PE firms and gain relevant industry knowledge. Our program was modeled after "Junior Achievement. You get out of it what you put in. If you got nothing out of it, likely you did not apply yourself. And judging by your complaints we would guess that you did not complete the very well designed program. Since 2005, we estimate over 300 interns have gone through the program. The internship is a "training program" with clear and measurable written outcomes to develop those who cannot get a job in todays market.
