Employment - Project Coordinator Blackstone Consulting Employee Review

While my time at Blackstone Consulting, I have never felt more supported in a role. Leadership really values growth for each one of their employees and wants to see them succeed. My manager Paula helped mentor me in when I felt I had minimal experience jumping in to my first role with Blackstone. I learned a lot of valuable skills at this company which I feel I would not have been able to gain if it weren't for leadership's willingness to help and answer any questions that came up. I will not take the opportunity that I was given at this company for granted and will always look back on my time at Blackstone as an important stepping stone in my career.
