Nothing. Your risking your good name working for them.

Cons

Trust me on this, no amount of money is worth working here. This is only going to be temporary for you. Top heavy management and the worst I have even seen. They live in fear constantly that Kaiser will boot them and they will take that out on you! Trust me on this. They will retaliate against anybody and for an reason when you are not accepting the toxic work environment. Using cameras, employees as snitches, fabricating stories. They are not providing Kaiser the product they have promised. They must blame the Officers and need to have something against you to blame you so Kaiser will not look at them. They are hiding this environment from Kaiser. They get rid of great Officers and by any means necessary. to avoid being exposed. There is no worse place on the planet to work.

Pros

Being apart of BCI with Kaiser has set expectations to the next level. We are making sure we are giving our client great assets to work with. They abide by the Union standards and promote in house.

Cons

PTO is not something that this company has, but would like it to be considered. Granted you get vacation and sick pay.

It was a job that paid. You wouldn’t get fired unless you really messed up.

Cons

There was a reason it was hard to get fired, no one wanted to work there. The pay was unlivable and there were no advancement opportunities. Management didn’t care about you. The work was mind numbingly boring. It was being a modern day factory worker.
