Pros

The owner is a nice guy, and that's about it.

Cons

This place is the most unprofessional organization I have ever worked at. The processes are broken, there is minimal guidance, constant finger pointing, outdated systems, and a complete bully of a CFO who is verbally abuses his staff on a daily basis. Working here will derail your career. There is a reason the rating/score is so low.

Being apart of BCI with Kaiser has set expectations to the next level. We are making sure we are giving our client great assets to work with. They abide by the Union standards and promote in house.

Cons

PTO is not something that this company has, but would like it to be considered. Granted you get vacation and sick pay.

It was a job that paid. You wouldn’t get fired unless you really messed up.

Cons

There was a reason it was hard to get fired, no one wanted to work there. The pay was unlivable and there were no advancement opportunities. Management didn’t care about you. The work was mind numbingly boring. It was being a modern day factory worker.
