PTO is not something that this company has, but would like it to be considered. Granted you get vacation and sick pay.

It was a job that paid. You wouldn’t get fired unless you really messed up.

There was a reason it was hard to get fired, no one wanted to work there. The pay was unlivable and there were no advancement opportunities. Management didn’t care about you. The work was mind numbingly boring. It was being a modern day factory worker.
