When you work at Blanton Turner, you know you're appreciated. It is by far the best workplace I have witnessed. Everyone at the company is willing to help and guide you through any issues or questions you may have. The top executives in the company always have open doors, accessible, and friendly. You really have to be a part of the team and culture. Everyone knows how to have fun while still working hard, and have a laugh together. It's a great place for young people to start career, and advance fast to leadership positions.
Cons
Because there are some who work closely than others, and it's a lot of young (early- to mid-20s) people, it could get a little clique-y.
Blanton Turner Response

Thank you so much for this feedback, we really appreciate it...and YOU! :)
Strong company culture that generally promotes from within. Blanton Turner has never failed at doing their best to listen to employee feedback, and seems to be willing to pivot and make change when they're asked. Great benefits, competitive pay, and ethical businesses practices.
Cons
Blanton Turner struggles to effectively roll out change, communicate changes in policy, and support teams through transition. Recent portfolio wide changes have felt chaotic at best, and extremely disruptive at worst. Teams are forced to use AI in daily life without option to opt out, which leads to more time spent cleaning up the mess AI makes than actually doing the job.
