Pros

I joined early on in my career, and BLEND360 gave me all the resources, training and support I needed to help me become a great recruiter. I enjoy working everyday with such driven, enthusiastic, and passionate people. I come in every day knowing my input is valuable, and any questions I have will be answered. The work itself I do is so fun and enjoyable, and that's partly due to the supportive team I have here.

Cons

I wish there would be more fun, team building activities between the MD and NYC offices. I feel like there is a big gap there when it shouldn't be. I also think sometimes everyone's opinions aren't fully understood/listened too at the fullest extent.

Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. Your input and opinion is important to us. We're glad that you chose to start your career with Blend360 and we are happy to hear that the training and support you receive has given you the tools to be successful. It is great to know that you enjoy your job, and that you recognize the passion and enthusiasm we feel as Blend360 employees. We are sorry you feel such a gap with the NYC teams and recognize that it can be difficult to bond with team members who are not in the same location. Blend360 wants all of our employees to feel connected and we are looking for more great ways to strengthen the bonds between teams and build connections. Thank you again for taking the time to give us your opinion.

Pros

Honestly, the thing I didn't expect was how much people here actually want to help you succeed. I've reached out to colleagues across teams and time zones since starting and everyone has been warm, generous with their time, and genuinely invested in making sure I'm set up well. That's not nothing. The work is interesting and the timing feels right. Being in the AI and data space right now means there's real energy behind what the company is doing, and you feel that in the day-to-day. Leadership communicates in a way that actually feels personal, which I appreciate more than I expected to. The team I'm on is collaborative and thoughtful, and there's an obvious effort to build culture on purpose rather than just hope it happens. Company events and internal programming feel considered, not like checkbox exercises.

Cons

Being globally distributed is genuinely great in a lot of ways, but coordinating across time zones takes real effort and you have to be intentional about building relationships remotely. Not a dealbreaker, just something to go in with eyes open about. Some processes are still developing, which makes sense for a growing company. If you like building and figuring things out, you'll be fine. If you need a lot of structure from day one, expect a bit of a ramp.

It’s wonderful to hear that the intentional culture we’re building at Blend360 has made such a positive impact during your first year. We truly believe our people are our greatest strength, and I’m glad you’ve felt that support across teams and time zones. We appreciate your perspective on the 'intentionality' required for a global, remote-first team. We are committed to continuing to make space for those genuine connections as we grow.
