1.They have the most number of VPs, SVPs, Directors - not enough analysts - senior analyst level people i.e. the ones that actually do the work,
2. They hire, they fire - without planning
3.They make tall claims of being a leader in AI etc. but dont have any real AI projects to work on.
4. Moving everything to Uruguay, or India which is okay, but requires better planning.
5. No Bench - so when projects come in - its crazy hiring and then quick firing.
