      When I started, this was a remote position that I enjoyed a lot. My co-workers are fantastic.

      Cons

      This changed to a hybrid model with 3 days in-office without any change in compensation. More and more was asked of us without any changes in our regular duties.

      - Smart, likeable founders - New advisor that used to report to Bezos - Trump Jr. on the board (forget the Politics, this can't hurt).

      Cons

      - healthcare deals take forever to close. - no in-person get togethers.

      Pros

      Free snacks and working at night you have alot of free time.

      Cons

      Micromanaging, terrible managment, no work from home even though the job is 100% able to be done from home, high standards, favoritism.
