Pros

The only pro is good compensation but with the trade of your entire time.

Cons

The company is a mess right now. The managers are all scared of losing their jobs, so they keep making up new QA processes and pushing impossible deadlines — not because it helps anyone, but just to look busy and important. The regular employees? Nobody cares about them. If you try to speak up or complain, things get worse for you. So everyone just keeps their mouth shut and suffers. Most people want to leave but they're so overloaded with work that they can't even find time to apply elsewhere. The hiring game is even more shady. HR comes in all sweet, offers good money, makes the company sound amazing — and people fall for it and join. Then after a few months, the company says "You are not able to deliver" and kicks them out. And they keep doing this to candidate after candidate. It's basically a trap.On top of all this, the company is losing investors money. Instead of fixing the real problems, the bosses are just dumping all the stress on the employees and hoping something magically works out. Spoiler: it won't.
