We have communication challenges as any young startup does -- exacerbated by the particular complexities in healthcare --- but we are truly committed to creating a stellar and transparent culture at Blink.
I would like to share a few things that we are doing and introducing to increase transparency and communication as we evolve and scale as a company.
We hold a weekly All Hands meeting to keep our team up to date on what’s happening around the company: wins, challenges, and changes, where Geoff speaks freely in a segment called “What's On My Mind”. In addition, our head of engineering and COO have introduced Product Thunderdome, a no-holds-bar, completely collaborative product forum which meets at the start of any and every Product launch and then regularly thereafter to increase collaboration (and destroy the waterfall!)
Lastly, we continue to provide our team with a variety of avenues to submit questions, feedback, and suggestions both personally and anonymously.
