Pros
everyone is friendly and always willing to give a hand. my understanding is that there were cultural issues before i started (people being pushed too hard, lack of communication from leaders), but I've been here for 4 months and haven't felt any of that. to me, that's the best sign of all--that a company is willing to grow and change. also we get catered lunch everyday and a whole stock of cereal and bars and fruit and a fridge full of yogurt, oj, etc. I think that's awesome.
Cons
all the usual things about a startup - plans can change quickly, people come and people go. but in general it's fun and solid and a good place to grow as an engineer
