      The mission and free lunch a couple of times per week

      Cons

      Excessive favoritism, retaliation, and lack of accountability. They make you do things beyond your job description. Look somewhere else.

      - Smart, likeable founders - New advisor that used to report to Bezos - Trump Jr. on the board (forget the Politics, this can't hurt).

      - healthcare deals take forever to close. - no in-person get togethers.

      Free snacks and working at night you have alot of free time.

      Cons

      Micromanaging, terrible managment, no work from home even though the job is 100% able to be done from home, high standards, favoritism.
