      Pros

      Makes huge effort to make every employee happy. Teamwork is not just a word but what happens everyday all day! Pay is decent Perks are nice

      Cons

      Need more staff as company is growing! Schedule structure, personally would prefer a consistent schedule maybe even bud into a schedule for 6 months. It would help with sleep patterns, school, and so much more outside of work.

      - Smart, likeable founders - New advisor that used to report to Bezos - Trump Jr. on the board (forget the Politics, this can't hurt).

      Cons

      - healthcare deals take forever to close. - no in-person get togethers.

      Free snacks and working at night you have alot of free time.

      Cons

      Micromanaging, terrible managment, no work from home even though the job is 100% able to be done from home, high standards, favoritism.
