      Free lunch, casual dress code and good health insurance

      Cons

      Some of the leads lacked integrity and P&C didn’t do much to deter this behavior. They are borderline sadistic, and this toxic and slandering culture is highly contagious. I’ve witnessed good employees turned mediocre and lazy. Managers have extra time to plan and retaliate against their subordinates.

      - Smart, likeable founders - New advisor that used to report to Bezos - Trump Jr. on the board (forget the Politics, this can't hurt).

      Cons

      - healthcare deals take forever to close. - no in-person get togethers.

      Free snacks and working at night you have alot of free time.

      Cons

      Micromanaging, terrible managment, no work from home even though the job is 100% able to be done from home, high standards, favoritism.
