Pros
Recent technologies, cozy office, a lot of perks.
Cons
This used to be a great company, create by developers to developers, but now... there are managers everywhere, most of them have poor tech knowledge, poor knowledge of software development and yet though, are they evaluate people (what are the metrics? loyalty? tech skills aren't definitely), also these people who define deadlines without consulting developers, and then they keep pushing people to delivery, asking them to work during their weekends. Then the quality of the work decreases a lot...things go wrong, and them, developers are asked to fix it, most of the times manually (its great when highly skilled developers have to do monkey work). And what about scrum? These people don't know what's scrum... some of them have certificates, but i think they got it in some cereal box special promotion. Teams don't have stability to form newcomers. Every 2 months teams are changes, knowledge is lost... Most of my senior references already left the company, the rest are about to. The replacements/newcomers are too short comparing to the previous standards.
