      Pros

      Pay is better for most of the remote companies. WLB is great.

      Cons

      Poor Leadership with no vision Management is not hands on /technical and decisions are made by these folks. Sometimes It doesn't feels like working in tech company due to poor prioritization and leadership. Very less opportunities to grow. Frequent re-orgs with poor decision.
