      - Health care and ESPP - Great staff in terms of sociability - Latest and greatest in terms of technology - Forefront of AI

      Cons

      - Cutting benefits every year (lost monthly stipend. wellbeing hour, private health was shifted to a company that had a cyber security breach, reduction in travel and perks) - Other regions like EMEA are second fiddle to the US, services keep scailing back and only focusing on the united states - No career growth or opportunities to upskill
