      Pros

      We call our managers "Leads" here and they do tend to live up to their title. I don't feel like I'm managed so much as guided by my Leads to achieve my best results. Great perks: All meals, snacks, off-sites, fitness program, etc.

      Cons

      I would appreciate better transportation benefits for those who use public transit to commute. They feel lacking right now.
