Great benefits, free food, nice coworkers
Cons
Treated like we're dispensable, room for growth but highly competitive, they don't hire internally as much as they should. Management is sub par. They don't seem to know what they're doing most of the time. Very strict with metrics: must answer a certain number of calls per hour, and at the same time maintain a high level of customer service. They keep track of your metrics every week.
