      Pros

      Block has an incredible culture. Lots of great people. Well established processes. Great ML tooling. Solid management vision. Also the management is very transparent which is amazing.

      Cons

      Some growth pains. Many docs and initiatives that take a while to plan/do while before the pandemic same projects would be delivered super fast.
