Pros
The team and people you meet are some of the nicest people you'll ever meet. Everyone is extremely empathetic and prioritize work life balance. If you have the drive and love autonomy you have the room to flourish and expand your skillset. Pay is great and benefits are amazing. Jack Dorsey stepping in as CEO and realizing the team outgrowing our product has shaken things up for the better.
Cons
People are extremely territorial of their verticals, partner teams are strapped for resources, its hard to break the legacy mindset, people try to avoid work or "making things harder" for themselves, and you'll run into coasters who make you question what are they actually doing in a day? Depending on team don't expect to get promoted easily after a certain level.
