Pros
Compensation, benefits, and time off are great. I personally have an excellent manager and team. You can work on meaningful projects that help small businesses.
Cons
Morale is low after a series of layoffs. Trying to change the company culture after a long time (even though I think it’s the right thing) has lead to abandoning projects and unclear roles after multiple reorgs.
