Could have been great - RCM Bloom Healthcare Employee Review

Low pay. Unprofessional Billing Manager and Lead. Lead lacks the ability to train accurately and places blame on specialist. Lead (D) complains about being overworked and lack of communication from manager while attempting to train. Lead was very rude, spoke in a demeaning manner and then denied it. Very archaic equipment and work tools. No accurate way to measure work. They have a constant chat group that talks about 95% personal stuff and 2% work related items. Very distracting. Horrible experience, for what could have been great.
