Bloom employment is cultured around an inclusive, family oriented setting.

I find nothing negative about working at Bloom.

There was training and a slow ramp up. Patients are a highlight.

Not clear understanding of pay structure when I was hired, lots of word of mouth , maybe there’s a productivity bonus, maybe a population health bonus. No clear picture of job trajectory either. What paths are there available?
