      They said Bloomberg didn't have mass layoffs. That may be true, but they do have re-orgs and department wide layoffs.

      Decent pay and amazing benefits. Great company to start a career with. Opportunities to stay long term if on a good team.

      Cons

      Very bureaucratic, very strict company culture and can be stagnant with opportunities to grow.
