      Good benefits, very egalitarian, very transparent, opportunities to move around in the company.

      Cons

      Very operational, very process oriented which is what makes the product good, but isn't always the most inspiring from a day to day work experience perspective.

      Decent pay and amazing benefits. Great company to start a career with. Opportunities to stay long term if on a good team.

      Cons

      Very bureaucratic, very strict company culture and can be stagnant with opportunities to grow.
