      Pros

      Generally a good environment. Compensation is above average for the amount of work that actually gets done. Good benefits.

      Cons

      Rigid mindset in management despite promoting otherwise. Lots of people scamming the system and not really doing any work. Poor mid level management.

      Decent pay and amazing benefits. Great company to start a career with. Opportunities to stay long term if on a good team.

      Cons

      Very bureaucratic, very strict company culture and can be stagnant with opportunities to grow.
