      - Many entry level positions - Good chance of moving on from GCUS - Pantry is like a 7-11 - You get to learn from really smart people

      Cons

      - Some people are so smart that they lack a bit of EQ - May not be able to apply bloomberg's system to future jobs - Working along side with everyone so smart can make you feel stupid at times
