The pay, the food court, sometimes the opportunity to work on longer-form stories.
Cons
The management is awful, major features could go through 10 or more edits with editors in the later stages asking for information that was cut in earlier edits. They promote based on loyalty, not on talent. So while Bloomberg attracts some top talent, it's run by a bunch of nimrods.
