Pros
Working with cutting edge technology, plenty of opportunities to learn more about finance, company is growing certain departments (news, video). Live up to their horizontal structure claims (easy access to management).
Cons
Huge company with resultant structure, takes a long time to see individual growth and promotion, easy access to upper management doesn't necessarily mean they'll listen to you, etc.
