      Great place for recent graduates. Great introduction to the financial markets and exposure to market players. Young, vibrant atmosphere. Excellent benefits package.

      Cons

      Inexperienced middle management. Poor Compensation. Significant "brain drain". Long hours. Trading floor seating. Micro-managers encouraged. No autonomy. Little opportunity for growth.
