Cons
Narrow thinking and rigid hierarchy mean that ideas are often violently, sadistically, and insultingly put down. Anti-brain trust of underqualified Oxford-Cambridge types insulate themselves from rank-and-file with an army of henchpeople designed to make management feel less guilty about their transgressions as rowdy schoolboys. 80/20 rule is in effect here, so it's best to become an 80%er and take a high salary to hang out in the pantry all day.
