Pros
Really nice offices, great co-workers, breakfast, lunch (and dinner if you don't mind left overs) are free in the Princeton office. Lots and lots of opportunities to participate in volunteer events during work hours and this is highly encouraged by management. Lots of employees have been there for 10, 20, even 30 years which is a good sign. Lots of support networks for whatever your situation in life, whether raising kids or trying to find community.
Cons
There are very few cons for new-hires, but word around the block is that salaries can stagnate and not keep up with inflation in higher up positions. It is also a highly screen-time intensive job because for most positions there are time sensitive tickets/messages you have to be on call to answer promptly, but such is the case with most modern jobs in tech or finance anyways.
