Pros
The company culture is really tough to beat. Casual, but accountable. No one is a slouch and things get done. Coworkers are friends with whom you would want to hang out with after work. Frequent company paid meals/outings. Lots of internal events that only take a short slot from your day. Great location with access to Fort Ben with our company pass. Onsite gym (it's small, but a gym nonetheless) as well as showers and laundry so you never need to take home dirty clothes. Very transparent company. We see each other's metrics and know how the company is doing financially. The managers and C-Level officers are all very approachable and I've never seen them talk down to anyone. This isn't a micromanaged environment, which is great.
Cons
Pay is a bit below average, but I personally feel that's offset by the perks we experience and the healthy work environment. We have it really good compared to the majority of companies out there. Rapid growth has caused some tension. Those who were here since the beginning miss the startup life while some of the newer folks experienced awkward transitions into their roles. Not a whole lot of room for advancement.
