Pros

- Room for growth - Supportive Team - Quota is a goal but you're not shamed or thought of as a failure for not reaching (different then many sales operations I've been a part of) - Open sharing of financials, goals, and vision - Ease of communicating across departments & higher ups even from home - Best work life balance I've ever had - You make a difference every day & work with organizations doing amazing things in their communities - Product roadmap is in line with Bloomerang's goal of being the leader in the industry - Benefits & PTO are top notch, with many holidays outside of PTO since we work with so many nonprofits who celebrate holidays other employers would not give off - Growing pains: Positive - tons of room for growth Negative - Culture has suffered a bit but I'm confident it will be better than before as we integrate our new company

Cons

- Average pay if not hitting quota which speaks to the new compensation plan - Currently, many unknowns of what our future will look like since we acquired a large competitor this year

In addition to supporting each other as we become the best software company for the nonprofit market, we recently revamped our benefits and time-off offerings-- something we were able to accomplish due to our amazing growth this year. We’re annually reviewing compensation to ensure it’s competitive for our marketplace. Pros

The product is good and work makes a meaningful impact. Great collaboration with peers and team mates. Work life balance can be good- depending on your team and manager.

Cons

Pay is below market and annual "merit increases" do not at all keep up with cost of living increases. If you aspire for a larger increase you can try to generate enough value for the company by creating far more work for yourself but still unlikely. Promotions are rare outside of yearly reviews. I only know 1 person that has had a direct conversation with a member of the ELT. The CEO is deeply condescending and patronizing with a thin attempt at jocularity. The company works with many environmental non-profits but has no stance on protecting resources while pushing more and more AI usage.
