Toxic, Entitled, Unsupported Atmosphere - Senior Account Executive Bloomerang Employee Review

People are running for the hills. As a sales person, we value representing a quality product, but that goes out the window when you're doing it for a mid-level and upper management team who have little respect for most of the individuals, play noticeable favorites amongst your colleagues, are dishonest internally, and choose not to recognize their internal talent for promotions and appropriate merit increases. All of this noticeable behavior has lead to a very toxic workplace and one I can't in good conscience recommend. The company isn't growing, it's replenishing, and there's a difference worth taking into consideration when looking to apply to this company. Let's also not forget, the pay is nowhere near competitive and the CEO continues to dodge the responsibility of answering why despite bragging about how successful the last 2 years have been against company goals.
