Blue bell is a family owned business. that started out making butter then branched out to make the best ice cream in the states. the owners took care of there employees. with end of the year bouns, driver bouns and esophagus program that you could cash out in 5 years. plus a great 410k plan

very strict on employees uniform. if you forgot to wear a belt it you would have 3 manager talk to you about it. my mangers would nita pick the in town routes and favor the out of town routes. for instance a out of town driver got diver sales of the year twice. they would hardly ever look at his stores. when he was moved to a in town route . his inventory was all was messed up. no one ever did a random inventory on him so he was all was able to fix it before he came in to load..
