Pros
Offer hourly/ salary + benefits. Offer sick/ personal leave, with many limitations. One of the very few cell retailers with a 401k, but they stole that from Live Mobile LLC, which they bought, and then laid off most middle to upper management.
Cons
Consistent pay decreases. Will eliminate your job title, and decrease pay without notice. Say they offer career advancement, but don't post jobs for internal applicants Bought out another functioning company, but can't function as a company. Have corporate policies for COVID that are to strict for airlines and travel agencies to follow. No paid maternity/ paternity leave.
