Horrible Commission Structure - Sales Representative Blue Link Wireless Employee Review

Pros

Hourly is okay, hours are okay, management is okay depending on store

Cons

Horrible commission structure, reps need to hit 20 new lines in order to make anything. They constantly change the structure to make it harder and harder to make money. Stores are too staffed for all reps to hit. The only way to make money is to lie to customers and you are expected to slam accounts with new lines and lie to customers saying it will save them money. Scammers are encouraged, rewarded and promoted.

Pros

None whatsoever. Zero. Absolutely terrible company

Cons

I have worked at this store for over five years and how do they treat me? They destroyed the commission structure to benefit the big boys at the top which translates to a loss of over $1,000 a month! In the past few months I have had three different managers because no one wants to address their legitimate grievances and they just quit. Same with reps. The turnover rate is abysmal. Does BLW care? Not at all. They're more than content to staff their district with a skeleton crew. I've worked more days completely alone than I can count. All so the company can "save money." Despicable company. You can reasonably guess who this is, Phil. Your yokel antics and subservience to Saad the California conman are a joke. Hope you enjoy me showing up to suck down a paycheck while making zero effort to upsell and earn you people money when you do nothing but take from your workers. Enjoy your failing business.
