Some customers are disrespectful, but is expected in industry. We’re slow a lot, so sometimes the opportunity to earn tips is low.

Some of my coworkers were hardworking and made the shifts more manageable.

My experience working here was very disappointing. Communication from management was poor, and I was ultimately terminated after being yelled at in front of customers without being given a clear explanation. Regardless of the circumstances, I don't believe employees should be spoken to that way in a professional workplace. During my four months here, I observed ongoing sanitation issues that concerned me, including mold, persistent gnat infestations, and a leak from the ceiling near the host stand. I also personally observed gnats on pre-made pizza slices that remained out before being served, as well as on pre-made garlic rolls and pizza dough stored in the kitchen area. These conditions were present throughout my employment and did not appear to improve. The workplace culture was also difficult. I witnessed management speaking negatively about customers while they were still in the restaurant, rolling their eyes, using insulting language to describe guests, and raising their voices at customers. This created an unprofessional environment for both employees and patrons. Overall, I would not recommend working here. My experience was that employee concerns were not taken seriously, and the sanitation and management issues I observed made it difficult to feel comfortable working in the environment.
