Pros

Great "brand name" to have on a resume. Mid level management great to work with.

Cons

No opportunity for further education or training, and thus in an industry rife with competitors, the company remains behind the times. Not a great place to work if you're interested in doing new things or innovating. High pressure from upper management who don't walk the talk. Top talent ditched as soon as they could cash out stock options; the ones that remain simply want to stick to the status quo.

Pros

- One of the most diverse places to work. The overall company culture is great - people are friendly and supportive. Employee recognition is very well managed, which helps keep you motivated and engaged in your work.

Cons

One con is the learning curve associated with the business model. With multiple brands and systems in place, It takes time to fully understand how everything works. Could be addressed with training and inclusivity.

Pros

Work life balance is great-Management respects time and provides the right tools to succeed and actually want to see you succeed. Teams are motivated and genuine. Very happy since starting!

Cons

A good amount of changes recently which can feel uneasy but leadership provides reassurance and outlined plans for each quarter and what the goals are with said changes. 401k matching after a year.
