Large enough company to learn a bit of everything as an online technology retailer. Small enough to know most of the employees and create connections. Great people. Open communication welcomed in meetings and everyone's opinion heard.

Cons

Lots of manual processes. Communication between departments fragmented.

- One of the most diverse places to work. The overall company culture is great - people are friendly and supportive. Employee recognition is very well managed, which helps keep you motivated and engaged in your work.

Cons

One con is the learning curve associated with the business model. With multiple brands and systems in place, It takes time to fully understand how everything works. Could be addressed with training and inclusivity.

Work life balance is great-Management respects time and provides the right tools to succeed and actually want to see you succeed. Teams are motivated and genuine. Very happy since starting!

Cons

A good amount of changes recently which can feel uneasy but leadership provides reassurance and outlined plans for each quarter and what the goals are with said changes. 401k matching after a year.
