Everything else. The pay is awful, the hours are awful, and there's no "communication" between management/supervisors and reps at all. Promotions are all about who you know. They dock you for following company policy because they say that policy has changed - over, and over, and over. This has to be the single worst place to work. You are probably treated better at the convenient store across the street.
