Pros
Blue River Tech has a fast-moving company culture that allows each individual employee to use their skills to make an immediate impact towards our goals of increasing the sustainability of food production. Ability to work with co-workers from a very diverse set of disciplines is definitely a plus - I learn something new almost every day.
Cons
Tough to think of any major cons - the job does require some travel to agricultural regions (mostly the midwest), and developing hardware products is difficult (but most people here love it).
