Good tech, amazing vehicles to work with, smart people

Cons

Politics. Similar to any big company. Too much favoritism if you are an old employee. Company culture doesn't align with what actually happens in the company. HR is oblivious. Also stressful if you are in platform team (MESA, ADK teams especially)
